Piping System
Fluid distribution piping arranges feed lines so that the first outlet from the supply manifold connects to the last return line of the drainage manifold. Using a reverse return manifold ensures that the flow path for every individual branch or dyeing tube is of identical length. This hydraulic configuration balances the pressure drop and flow rate without relying on restrictive throttling valves.
It is a critical component for achieving uniform thermal behavior across all machines.
Installation Area
Within the dyehouse piping design, this arrangement is placed beneath multi-kettle or multi-drum dyeing setups. The design equalizes the physical resistance faced by the pump across all connected units. Without this system, the unit closest to the pump receives the highest flow.
Fluidic Balance
Equal pressure distribution keeps the liquid circulation rates identical in each processing chamber. When flow is unbalanced, some fabrics are exposed to more dye cycles per minute than others, creating shade variation. This manifold layout prevents such inequalities by design.
Hydraulic Uniformity
Uniform fluid movement results in consistent temperature distribution and even chemical absorption across all batches. It simplifies system balancing and reduces the maintenance required for manual flow valves. The finished textile holds a more consistent color.
