Operational Capacity
Hydrostatic pressure within a high capacity jet dyeing vessel forces liquor circulation through fabric ropes at controlled velocities during wet processing. Commercial mills install this cylindrical pressure chamber to achieve rapid dye exhaustion on synthetic and blended tubular knits without causing creasing or surface abrasion. Temperature ramping and chemical dosing follow strict curves programmed into the machine controller during wet stages.
Operators monitor differential pressure across the material transport nozzle to detect potential blockages before liquor flow channels become restricted.
Hydraulic Transport
High velocity fluid streams pull the textile rope through a venturi nozzle while simultaneously transferring thermal energy from internal heat exchangers. Liquid liquor acts as both heating medium and mechanical propulsion force inside the closed loop circuit. Pump impellers drive dye liquor from the lower sump through internal piping networks toward the main injection head.
Flow rates adjust automatically according to fabric weight measurements taken prior to loading the batch chamber.
Process Control
Precise thermal regulation prevents uneven dye absorption during the critical fixation phase of polyester coloration. Programmable logic controllers govern cooling gradients and pressure relief valves to maintain structural stability within the heavy stainless steel walls. Seams joining the fabric ends require careful preparation by sewing technicians to prevent snagging during high speed transit through the transport tube.
Commercial Limit
Processing high density woven fabrics demands lower liquor ratios than those used for lightweight stretch knits to prevent excessive tension on warp yarns. Uncalibrated pump speeds during loading cycles cause entanglement issues that result in permanent creases along the final goods. Fabric handlers inspect finished batches under standardized lighting cabinets to verify color consistency across the entire manufactured lot before shipping orders to apparel brands.
